Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026. Susan Gelder / Copper Creek Enterprises uses this website to share information about Susan’s speaking and receive event inquiries.

Information you provide

We collect the name, email address, phone number, organization, event details and messages you choose to provide through our forms or website chat. Please do not send sensitive personal, health, tax or payment information through these tools.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss your event and keep a record of that conversation. Our website assistant Winnie is an AI tool. Susan makes decisions about fees, availability and bookings.

Service providers

Hostinger hosts this website. GoHighLevel / LeadConnector provides inquiry forms, chat and communication tools. These providers process information to deliver those services. We do not sell your personal information.

Text permission

Providing a phone number does not by itself authorize automated texts. The inquiry form offers a separate optional choice for texts about that request. Texting is currently pending activation. When active, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Mobile information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and retention

The website and embedded tools may use cookies or similar storage to maintain conversations, secure forms and support authenticated website editing. We retain inquiry information as needed to respond and manage the relationship, subject to applicable requirements.

Your questions and requests
